By the way, we named our company AzMont from a combination of Arizona where we live now and Montana where we lived for many years.

Dave is the President of Card4Life, Inc. and both Kathleen and Dave are Marketing Directors for Melaleuca.com, The Wellness Company.

Dave has been involved since the work began to create the Card4Life health information device. During this time he worked with the other three partners in Card4Life, Inc. to develop a product everyone could use and benefit from. AzMont Enterprises’ name is derived from Arizona, where we now live and Montana where we use to live.

We started AzMont Enterprises several years ago after being trained as Mediators for the Maricopa County Justice Courts.  From there we started looking at products we believed in to sell and business opportunities.

We both work full-time jobs, Kathleen as a Nail Tech at “The Beauty Stop” and Dave with the IT Department Mountain Health & Wellness.  We both work and live in Apache Junction, AZ.

Having the opportunity to be involved with the development and marketing of Card4Life has been a wonderful challenge and the resulting product is surpassed by no other product.

I can tell you from my own experience when I developed a kidney stone.  If you’ve had one you know the pain is tremendous.  I had to go into surgery and I printed out my medical information from my Card4Life and handed to the nurse at the surgery center.

The information was so complete I didn’t have to fill out one form, the surgical nurse used the information from the form for the pre-op procedures and when I asked if the information was useful, and her comment was “perfect”.

My Card4Life saved me a lot of time since I didn’t have to fill out all of the forms and was able to give them the report and just wait for my scheduled surgery.
